The Diversity Accelerator Program is an initiative dedicated to leveling the playing field in the competitive landscape of the financial services industry. We are a community of mentors committed to fostering diversity and inclusion within the finance sector. Through our comprehensive bi-weekly Zoom seminars, we provide BIPOC individuals with essential tools and knowledge to navigate the complex world of finance.
Our program focuses on three core areas: financial literacy, interview preparation, and resume guidance. These areas are designed to empower our participants with the confidence and skills needed to excel in their careers. By joining The Diversity Accelerator Program, you become part of a supportive network that values your unique background and experiences.
The establishment of The Diversity Accelerator Program was driven by a recognition of the unequal opportunities that occur in the realm of finance. We believe that talent exists in every community, but not everyone has access to the resources and guidance needed to unlock their potential. Our mission is to bridge this gap, ensuring that BIPOC individuals can compete on an equal footing in the highly competitive field of high finance.
